Standalone Webpage Displaying List of Arrival Times similar to Railway/Airport screen

Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: 1 page which display arrival times for our customers, so continually refreshes.
This is manually updated by the office or drivers.
Timetable format with 3 columns.
Column 1: Time
Column 2: Destination
Column 3: Expected

Column 1: always displays a time - this is the time we originally planned / scheduled to arrive

Column 2: displays usually the postcode of the destination, ior the name of a town, village if outside UK

Column 3: either displays ON TIME, OR the new expected time if early or late, OR COMPLETED

Needs up to 20 Rows - no more than 20 deliveries in one day.

At the bottom is a clickable link which opens a google map, showing the overall route for the day.

At the top, current time is displayed and a scrolling message listing cities calling at for that day.

The page need to be updated, web based, from the office, or on any laptop. I would also like an iphone app, so the drivers can easily update after each job whilst on the road.

We need to be able to plan up to 10 days, so it would be nice to have 10 pages available, eg tracker 1, tracker 2, tracker 3.

We then email a link to the relevant page to the customers for that day.

I had the system, but it has stopped working.
