I have a bootstrap based website, which needs optimising speed wise
I have cloudflare CDN setup already
I hope the 2 screenshots might help.
I think the site having multiple simultaneous files opening could be causing an issue due to host restrictions (8).
I have cut the amount of files right down, I have used PHP to include some files to save me having to update the header and footer on every page individually.
There are several JS and CSS files too
