Simplify my HTML/CSS files

I'm a designer with limited html and css skills. By trial, error, copying and pasting, I was able to put together my portfolio site. It works fine, but soon I'm looking to revamp and add features and I know my convoluted code will make that much more difficult.

I'm looking for someone who knows html/css super well and could go through my code and simplify and clean it up to make it easier to edit in the future.
