Simple WordPress Blog website needed

I need simple WordPress Blog for my event. basically i am also Web and Graphics designer and i have more than 10 yrs experience as a designer and developer but unfortunately i don't have enough time to do this blog that's why i am here.
i ll provide you most of the things like cPanel details, example themes, images, text content etc...

What i need?
5 TO 6 Themes options (We will select one)
Responsive Layout / HTML 5 (Mobile / Tab friendly)
Fully WordPress customization / installation
Auto Post WordPress Plugin For Facebook and Instagram (blog posts should be able to post on FB and IG)

Note: We really don't like any theme (Design wise) from above it just a for give you idea. would like to see from you.

we have another eCommerce Portal project for awarded designer after this project will be completed successfully.
