Shopify website built

Hi,
I am looking for a website to be completed for a pharmacy in the UK for a prescription 15% prescription hair loss product. There is no image for this as it is not retail product. It is only one product so looking for the the website to have seo with keywords, a consultation form, and info graphics. The website will also need a hidden page for a gallery come time. I also need to transfer the domain from another site to shopify and am unsure how to do this.

The site would have to look good on a mobile and be keyword ready for google with google analytics account set up. I started the site on shopify but don't have the time to spend creating it. The colour scheme should be black and white and I am looking for someone to draft the content. I have the web domain and email etc. Examples of websites are below.
