Shopify Redesign with new featured

We are looking to work with a Shopify expert to create a modern, clean website with good functionality.

The website exists but lacks many features and doesn't convert as well as we would like.

The site sells perfumes in the UK. Important features we would like to implement are:

* Clean Modern appearance
* New product imagery for each perfume
* Imagery that shows the perfume notes
* Pop-Ups that show when other people added to cart, or reviews of the item people are browsing
* Smart features to tag the fragrance families and fragrance notes to suggest similar scents to people based on the same fragrance families or notes
* New section for beard oils
* Full list of beard oils
* Full list of perfume oils (only some are added as we hit a limit)
* Bundle creation (Add new page)
* Nice banners & Imagery across the site
* Seo optimised website for speed and on-page best practices
* Live Chat functionality
