Shopify Impulse Theme - copy and rewrite code

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a quick copy and rewrite code from my shopify 1.0 impulse theme to my 2.0 impulse theme. Since the 2.0 works with different .json and liquids now.

Main things to copy is:

- price measurement calculator for page.fabrics
- adjustment for the price measurement calculator at the checkout overview page before buying
- mega menu header

It would be great if you worked with the impulse theme on shopify before for better understanding.
