Shopify Developer to develop a new app

Hi, We are looking for an experienced developer to develop this app on Shopify, submit it and get it approved.

App will be available for anyone for £99 per year to install on their Shopify store
App will ask for some key details for their Shopify store like name, email, store id, etc
Once their registration is successful, the app should be redirect them to our own Laravel based internal portal.
All their orders and products should synch with our internal portal via web hooks.

We already did a proof of concept on our local and it works but we are not able to get this on the Shopify store App so we need an experienced Shopify App Developer.
