Shopify Craft Theme & 3D Configurator Modifications - Urgent

We are using the Craft theme on Shopify and are in need of some urgent edits and amendments.

We are looking for somebody that we can contact monthly to do work on our site going forward.

Immediate urgent work required:

1) We need to be able to add a separate home page banner for both desktop and mobile to avoid the stretched image issues. This needs to be user friendly on the 'edit theme' on Shopify for our e-commerce manager to change the images each month.

2) We need the menu on desktop to appear on hover, not just click

3) We need breadcrumbs adding

3D Configurator

1) We use a 3D configurator and we can have a unique URL appear in the basket which takes the customer back to their configured design. This currently is just the long URL text, we would like this to be a small button next to the product that says 'Edit your design'

2) We have some CSS work required for the 3D configurator. For example changing font size and colour, making Add to Cart button bigger and moving a button elsewhere on the screen

3) We need to be able to hide the 3D model shown on the standard Shopify carousel on the product page. We have named all the models Alt text as hidden. We need someone to code that any image/model named hidden is hidden from view.

There will be further ongoing work but these are our immediate needs this week. Please contact me with a sensible budget for this one off project but also please can you give me an idea on your hourly rate going forward for long term work.
