Shopify collection/Product page edit

We need the following edits

Our stores collection page needs to show tagged images underneath collection items that include the tags, and on the product page too.

For example if an item is gluten free, and we have tagged that item as gluten free, an image displaying gluten free will appear below the collection image, and to the right of a product template page.

Please note this is very quick fix, as the current changes are already live on another theme we are using. We just need to transfer the changes to a new theme, a copy and paste.
