Shared To Do List - PHP / MySQL Application

Introduction

We wish to create a shared to do list that has two key areas of functionality Projects (the shared to do lists) and templates (templates for the to do lists that act as the basis of new to do lists / projects).

Built in PHP / MySQL

Key functionality:

1. New projects can be created that have a unique URL.
2. New projects can be started from a pre defined templates.
3. Each project is a group to do list, that anyone who has access can tick off.
4. Each item on the todo list has a status, the default is "not started", the other statuses are "in progress" and "completed".
5. Projects should have a few fields associated with them including, ticket ID, status (not started / in progress / completed) and Owner (a drop down based on active users).
6. Users and Templates should have a status of active and inactive.
7. Each item in a project and template, please can it has a description field and a order number (that can be changed)
8. When the status is changed on each item, please can it be logged who has made the change with a time date stamp
