Setup of Cloudflare and QUIC.Cloud with Hostinger (Website Host)

I hope you are well.

I need my website to be set up so that static content is delivered by Cloudflare and dynamic content delivered by QUIC.Cloud. My website is hosted by Hostinger and NOT Cloudflare so it will need to be configured on there. A link to how it should be configured can we been seen below:

Once, its set up quic.cloud should be linked so that it optimises images and the page, as currently it isn't working.
