SEO optimisation of opencart site

We are looking for an experienced SEO developer, who can help us with the technical aspects of SEO. Our website is developed in Opencart and you would have to be familiar with this platform.

What we are looking for is the following:

Internal links
Inbound outbound links
image optimisation; alt text
Tidy URLs
Optimised site hierarchy + xml Sitemap + better indexing
Improve load time
And all other essential SEO techniques you consider important

We are looking for a very experienced SEO developer, who can help us improve our ranking. Neola is a start-up with the usual mix of high aspirations & small budgets, but we don't want to compromise on the quality of our SEO advise. In order to afford high quality we might have to go for a partial coaching approach. This would mean that you could focus on the more complex coding activities and we would do some of the more repetitive & simple tasks ourself. We are happy to roll-up our sleeves, but need a coach to guide us.

If you are interested could you please send us an outline of proposed activities, timing, and how much it would costs to get the SEO foundations right - assuming that we would be doing a lot of the easy stuff ourself (one of us has coding experience). Please send us a fixed price to cover the foundation, rather than an hourly rate.
