SEM/SEO strategist needed in montly basis - we are potentially 2 clients

We are a travel/leisure/holiday business reasonably established in the market wanting a boost in our ranking. We would need someone to help us to identify our weaknesses and create a plan for our overall strategy to get our site where it should be on the searchers.

The person working for us would be the strategist, analysing keywords and the existing market in order to come up with the plan which will be executed by me so that you do not have to spend much time operationally speaking. You may be required of course to do some operational stuff but I will try to reduce it to the minimum.

I will give you access to our Google Analytics, Webmaster tools and Semrush. Please see that we are not looking for a techie but a poet, a professional that can lighten our way forwards.

Initially our budget for Adwords will be minimal but we could try other sources such Facebook ads that are for example cheaper. We need someone creative that can squeeze our limit resources to the maximum. As the new ranking converts to sales we are more than happy to increase this budget without any shadow of a doubt.

The per-client budget shown below does not contain the one dedicated to experiment with adwords and/or Facebook ads. However I'd like to be very honest and say that it will be very limited to start with.

Although our site is in English and Spanish we are mainly focus at this stage in English so yours must be excellent and above all, commercial-oriented without sounding cheesy.

Lastly I am not SEO-agnostic at all and you do not need to know our CMS as we will carry the weight of the operational side.
