Seeking WordPress & Web Designer for Friendly forum

I am looking for someone who can help me create the structure of a forum dedicated to the world of technology. The forum is built on WordPress and uses the Astra and BuddyPress plugins, but I am open to other plugins if necessary.

The job requires creating a homepage with the main sections, namely Home, Categories, Events, and Contacts, a navigation bar, and a section for featured discussions. Additionally, there will be several other sections for various topic categories.

I already have an idea of the structure I would like, which should be consistent with the provided scheme and colors to use, but I am open to suggestions. Please keep in mind that I am only looking for the basic structure and not a complete customization
