Seeking Experienced Weebly Web Designer

Seeking an experienced Weebly website developer and designer. I need to hire an experienced Weebly website designer to redesign the home page on my website, www.HolisticHorseBodyworks.com Must have excellent knowledge of Weebly as well as graphic design and copy writing/copy editing experience. Website will stay in Weebly, so please do not respond suggesting I change to Wordpress. The right candidate must be able to do home page graphic design, create and edit copy, as well as be able to implement the new home page in Weebly. No custom coding is a fixed requirement for this job.
