Responsive website design & coding of a directory Home Page

General information for the website: Very visual directory responsive website Home page
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 1 Home Page
Description of every page/module: Two header strips (Brand strip, Directories strip), then Directory Entry Header (very graphical) with core data, and then after this project, we need the following pages: ontacts, Location, Map, Centres, Cultural & Social, Events
Description of requirements/features: Fields of all sorts. See briefing document and Excel sheet.
CMS and Admin requirements: We will integrate with our CMS
Specific technologies required: Responsive with Jquery / Javascripts
Extra notes: We will only commission the Home Page (Universal header, and Directories Header, Entry Header, and fields for home page as per the xls). If this is a good work, we will contract for the additional pages.

The only acceptable response to this, is to provide me by up to 3 images of example Responsive websites designed by the designer who will work on our project. Do NOT say "see my portfolio" otherwise I will delete your response.

This work must be completed by Saturday 25 April, and the supplier must agree to do the additional 5-6 pages by Tuesday 28 APril for an additional fee
