Responsive HTML/CSS (SASS) build

We need the back breaking on a project so just need the initial hompage template developing. We'll provide a visual on expression of interest but this is a similar example http://natural1.webflow.io/. It's full width, responsive with a parallax effect. We work with SASS so it would be helpful if you did too.

Developer can work remotely on this project but we would like to work with someone LOCAL to Manchester UK
