Resolve minor issues on wordpress site

1. Restore the header and footer on all pages of goodmealtime.com with the header and footer from https://www.goodmealtime.com/staging/

2. Activate filter widget as seen here https://marketplace.foodotawp.com/all-vendors/ ---> here https://www.goodmealtime.com/all-vendors/

3. For all restaurant pages, add the prefix /city/ to the url eg https://www.goodmealtime.com/london/store/amazonia-restaurant/

4. Set up auto convert currency plugin on the website. Such that the restaurant adds the price in their currency, and then the plugin converts the price and displays based on the user's IP
