Redirection notice

Hi,

We have a WordPress multisite installation running 14 sub-dom sites. The client wants to redirect all pages for each sub-dom to a new domain homepage. This is easy enough via .htaccess, although they have 2 requests:

1. When the site redirects, they want to display a notice, something like "please wait while you are redirected to newdomain.com"

2. For two of the sub-doms, they have a donation page that they want to keep live. So we would need the redirect rule to leave the donation URL in place, while redirecting all other pages.
