Redesign of website

Hi
I'm looking for a programmer conversant with Joomla! to undertake a redesign our website
Most of the content is already in place, but I wish to do a number of things such as:
Alter the static page content and the buttons.
Reduce the size of the log in area.
Create a blog section, plus archive
Remove some sections such as the groups.
Reposition the video and the image content to the right of the page.
