We are looking for an experienced webflow designer to recreate the following multi-step qualification lead-gen form quiz in webflow:

The quiz should be create in a new webflow project in a single section on a single page such that it can be copied into another project easily.
Images are not required as images and text will be edited.
A multi-step form using a slider component could be utilized as a good base similar to this example: https://multistep-component-01.webflow.io/
We are looking for recreation of the steps, micro-interactions and ability to collect data via the form.
We would expect this to take an experienced webflow developer <7 days to complete.
