Recreate a wordpress website using www.trusthear.org content making it more modern

Trusthear.org is a project i started . It is for people to submit reviews about hearing aid audiologists. it is a bit haphazard in design. it needs to be more useable and modern looking. I want to promote this as a place audiologists can ask their patients to leave reviews. then after some are collected, we can charge a fee etc. All content on there right now needs to be transferred / not lost. I have the sign in details for wp.com. I can provide additional content....
things i feel are missing are.... each review being better encapsulated, better navigation thru the website,
