Recover my lost wordpress Leads

Hi, I recently updadted my Fluent Forms plugin. After that, all my old customer leads are gone. I had a couple hundred leads and they are not showing anymore.

I also did not setup email alerts before, so the new contact form leads were not sent to my email either.

I need someone who can help recover as many of the old leads as possible and also setup the contact form with my outlook so every enquiry goes to my email.
