We have a very simple website for our hotel, we employed a local website developer but sadly he could not finish our site. I need someone now to start from scratch and build us a proper website functional website that has a good base for SEO.

We are looking for a very simple clean and pared back look, we don't want fancy animations and lots frills on top. I have attached our brief for further information. We are also looking for someone to manage our SEO on a monthly bases if this is something you can do please pitch for this aswell.
