"REACTIVE" WORDPRESS WEBSITE DEVELOPER REQUIRED

Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: BRAND NEW CONVENTIONAL SITES THAT WILL BE OF SIMILAR SIZE TO THE SITE ABOVE
We intend on launching 2 web sites to our current site , it is our intention to have multiple trading styles and domains and therefore have a greater presence on Google. We have seen a trend where a company will launch multiple trading styles but all sales are generated for that one company.

We wish to emulate this form of marketing for ourselves , the intention is to have 3 fully functional websites up and running before summer 2014

We are looking to build a long term relationship rather than this just be a one off.

SKILL SET REQUIRED Skill set required
- I dont have a deal of experience with what languages would be needed but I guess HTML& Wordpress are essential along with any other language that would be needed to complete the job.
- Building a good quality site that can be indexed well by Google
- The sites need to be reactive so PLEASE ONLY SEND A PROPOSAL IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE WITH REACTIVE SITES.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Please include specific work examples and testimonials if you have any . We are looking for people with good experience and the ability to work independently and make decisions on their own.

WORKING PRACTICE
• Strong ability to communicate in English
• This project and on going work must be done promptly with quality. Do not bid unless you have the resources to dedicate to this project.
• Good judgment & decision making ability
• The ability to test what you develop
• You must be willing to communicate face to face, by Skype or on the telephone for project updates.

• Please bid an hourly rate based that is based on your experience.
• Once you are completely familiar with what we want we will expect a quote in hours based on the hourly rate (i.e website will take 10 hours , therefore cost 10x Hourly Rate = £???

The design of the sites and website flowcharts will be provided in the proper format and we will be on hand to help/ advise and sign off your work as much as is needed.

Communication is key to this project , if you are not willing to give me regular updates it simply cannot work as I have investors I need to report to.
