Re-skin or re-design a website

Hello, we have recently had a company website designed that is ok and has moved to the top of the google ranking for our keyword, but we really want it to be taken to the next level in terms of the look and overall design. It would need to be in pure HTML/CSS3 with jquery if the design needs this. This will only be 1 of many websites that we will be building and are we are looking for someone to build a relationship with and keep that consistency. The candidate would need to have a really good eye for design. Our company is a software house, the website is 6 pages. I will disclose more information to candidates who I think fit the bill.
