PSD to Wordpress Site Creation (Hair Salon)

Project 1: Hair Salon
This site will involve creating a wordpress website for a local hair salon from PSD visuals.

The blog & news section will be split up into 4 separate mini blogs incorporating one for the salon itself, and three for each of its employees. In addition to this I need to be able to add a custom facebook like box and custom twitter follow box that will display the latest status updates.

Also I would need to integrate with the sites Twitter and facebook pages so all of the statuses from the blog are updated when a new post is made. The newsletter element will have a form on that will more than likely go to something like MailChimp.

The design on the home page is unique but all of the other page follow roughly the same template and structure.
