PSD to HTML

General information for the website: Only HTML / CSS responsive
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 10
Description of every page/module: We need to convert 10 designed pages from PSD to HTML (to show web, tablet ans smartphone resolutions). Responsive.
Description of requirements/features: It is not to create a website, the job is only used as mockups to show / discuss with the customer the appearance running over a internet browser, before to develop the final project.
Extra notes: We need CSS developer to convert PSDs. The javascript effects for transitions and mouse effects are included in the documentation, as well as the way in which the navigation menu on the screen should be blocked.
