Professional Website Design

I would like to develop a website for a new manufacturer of a lottery, promotional and gambling device. The website needs to be have a complete content management system with easy to update areas for news and videos as well as integrated social media (a blog, twitter, facebook and linked feeds etc.) on the site.
The site should be as good as the following;

Budget has not been defined, so please let me know the best indicative price please, as we have three other websites to be done also within the next couple of weeks.
Please DO NOT come back and say you will do it for my budgeted figure here on PPH. Especially when I check your profile and you work for much less usually. Please be honest and upfront, but more importantly, please be professional, as we have a lot of work to be done over the next few weeks and months. We would prefer a longer term relationship with someone.
