Professional HTML/CSS/JS code fixer

I need a professional HTML/CSS/JS code fixer to fix a glitch in a responsive layout. The problematic file is a homepage file. Everything works as intended above 1040px, but there is a glitch with a slider (the slider's functionality is written in JS).

Inside the slider, on the first slide there are two columns of content (text and links) . Below 1040px (tablets, phones) the two columns containing the existing text&links should show up.

I will provide a more detailed description and if the fix required a higher budget we can fix that (I am aware that no one can make an exact estimation on how severe is the glitch).

I'd prefer coders who can work today/tomorrow (the site is a very popular one and it is live).
