Experience Level: Expert
We are looking for an experienced web designer/developer or small agency to build a premium website and digital system for a medically-led aesthetics, wellness and healthcare clinic.

This is not a basic beauty salon website.

The clinic is CQC-led and based in Coventry, offering advanced aesthetics, skin, wellness, blood testing, hormone-related services, regenerative treatments and future healthcare/wellness services.

A full detailed brief is attached. Please read it properly before applying.

The site must feel premium, medically credible, modern, warm, clean, elegant and mobile-first. We want strong calls to action and lead generation, but without the site feeling aggressive, cluttered or sales-heavy.

Key requirements include:
- premium custom website design
- treatment/service pages
- blog/SEO structure
- booking integration
- Goldie integration or recommendation of a better booking/clinic system
- existing Goldie client database considerations if migration is recommended
- automation for bookings, reminders, aftercare, reviews, rebooking and lead journeys
- AI chatbot/clinic concierge
- future scalability for memberships, online consultations, academy/training, client portal and additional services
- full ownership/control after launch

We do not want an expensive custom CRM built from scratch unless there is a strong reason for it. If proven booking/clinic software such as Goldie or another system can achieve the goal, we are happy to use integrations.

    Hi, are you currently using Goldie mainly for bookings only, or are you also relying on it for forms, notes, reminders, memberships, and client communication workflows? Also, do you already have branding/photography prepared, or would you want support refining the full visual direction during the Figma phase as well?
