Premium Cinematic Landing Page for an AI Mentor App

We are looking for an experienced web designer/developer, or one internally coordinated team, to create a premium landing page for a personal AI mentor app.

The website will begin with a cinematic, scroll-controlled sequence in which a man’s closed eye opens and the face gradually transitions into sand and a desert landscape. After this opening, the website must clearly explain the app, show app screens and conversations, present its main benefits, pricing and FAQ, and encourage downloads from both the App Store and Google Play.

The attached image shows the intended visual direction and page structure. It is a reference rather than a final design.

The selected freelancer or team must handle the project end to end, including:

premium desktop and mobile design;
creation and implementation of the cinematic opening;
responsive website development;
lightweight page animations;
Google-friendly technical SEO;
speed and Core Web Vitals optimisation;
testing and deployment;
delivery of all design files, animation assets and source code.

The cinematic section does not have to use expensive real-time 3D or WebGL. An optimised image sequence, pre-rendered animation, GSAP, canvas or another practical solution may be used if the result looks premium and works smoothly on mobile.
