Hi,
I need a php file which will convert a CSV file into the V9 SEPA XML Format.
It will need to automatically exclude anyone who dosen't have a IBAN or SWIFT number, or someone who dosen't have a address and list this as a output on the page, then give a download button to the finished XML file with the rest of the data. We have a internal web server this script will be hosted on, but you will need to host it locally for your own testing.
The script also needs to group together all payments that are to the same company, so they are sent as a single payment.
This needs doing by end of day TODAY!
A example CSV will be sent so you can see the format we are working with. Experience working with the SEPA format is essential.

Are you open to use other tools? Excel VBA for example? -
Could you confirm if the CSV file will always follow a consistent structure, or should the script include a mapping feature to handle different formats?
