Php MySQL Developer

Looking for someone to help me create a dynamic website. With MySQL and PHP in the backend, having angular as the front end and use Node Js for push notifications. First phase to be very simple and straight forward..next phase will become more complex and will need more then...I will open a new project for it or use the existing developer to continue develop for the same. As he/she will know the project much better by then.
