PHP - Find and return emails, phone and domain names in a string

I need a PHP developer to send me (so I can integrate into my site) PHP code that will find and return emails, phone numbers and domain names that are in a string. It should return them all as an array. This will be used to stop users entering personal details on their profile, so there should be as few false positives as possible but it should also take into account when a user is trying to get around the system!
