Photography Website - Theme Based

I would like to have a straightforward website created that I can use to display photographs to friends and family to avoid continually sending photos.

I have seen some good themes online, but the one below seems to be one that would be suitable. The only thing I'm not sure about is whether you can add text below or into the image when you scroll on to it as I'd like that functionality.

Key things for me are:

- Home page - maybe 1 large photo and display of inner pages/albums created with a thumbnail image.
- Albums - Ability to create new albums easily to hold maybe 25-30 photos
- Narrative needed under photos.
- Uploading - Straightforward uploading of photos into albums
- Admin section to manage how many photos in an album etc and to create new albums.

Please bid for creating the website using this theme unless you feel there is a better alternative.
