Photography website - desktop and mobile

I need a website designer to build both a desktop and mobile website. The website is for a photography product which allows customers to upload their own photos and for them to be printed at our fulfilment centre and posted back out to them. Our product that we need to showcase is unique and isn't the standard photography offering. The example guest journey would be:

GUEST JOURNEY:
User registers their details including email, name, addresses
User uploads 2 images
Images must be uploaded-able via social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) and their own photo album either via their mobile or desktop.
User sees an example of their 2 images together (in a gif/video format)
User agrees they are happy with their images and completes a tick box to 'confirm order'
User also has to agree to our Terms and Conditions before they can proceed
Order needs to come into our order desk to be fulfilled remotely and sent back out to the customer

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Website needs to link to our social media pages
Website needs stand alone terms and conditions page
Website needs standalone f&q page
Possibly a chat Bot needs to be available
website needs to be able to take payment
website needs the functionality to handle promo codes/discounts
website needs to have a back end CRM system
website needs global shipping functionality
website needs to be optimised for both desktop and mobile
