PGC (Tea with santa)

Hello,

Currently using woo com and woo com bookings for this event, also using Advanced Product Fields Extended for WooCommerce for the extra information, but this information needs to be carried over into the booking so the client can then view all the bookings and filter the events so they will see that the event / product "Tea with santa" and how many adults and children will be attending.

As you will see from screenshot 1 the Booking order 12443 does show all the relevant information but the client needs this information on screenshot 2. Screen shot 2 currently shows zero persons but as you will see from my video link it will show 2 persons as its pulling in the information from the 4 persons that was picked from the number of people within the beg of the video, this needs to pull in the information from the advanced product fields where the client picks a number of children and then the fields dynamically appear depending on the number of children booked. This then needs to transfer to the bookings page if possible.
