I have a wordpress blog that receives spam email messages every day which inturn are forwarded to my private email address for consideration .

I want a permanent fix so that these messages are blocked from my blog using one of the free wordpress services available.

I also want all the messages cleaning out of the 'comments' folder on my blog.

Please advise time and cost.
