Owl carousel - Jquery issue needs correcting for website

I am not sure if someone can help with this or not?

I am using two owl carousel which are slightly different form each other on one html page which loads from the database.

The problem I am having is when you view the website via the mobile web browser or the app and you then go to another app and then go back to my website the owl carousel stops working.

If I refresh the web bower or app then the owl carousel start working again.

But I need it to be working always (and not stopping) even if you go to the site later


I am not sure if it is due to a convict with a jQuery script or not but hopefully some one can solve this issue for me?


I can supply a html file and scripts that run the carousel so you can see the issue which you can load to any server to see the error. I have tried it on several!
