Optimise/Redesign elements of my webpage add mobile capacity - WordPress Woo commerce

I am in the middle of a major overhaul of my business, and I have got to the stage where I know where things are going wrong on my website. And I need help, here is what I need to change.

I know that 81% of my visitors drop off from my home page straight away
My websites mobile is not set up properly, it needs to be optimised for mobile devices
The website is poorly loading on Chrome and is very poorly performing on Mozilla, Samsung Internet and Firefox
My google analytics tracking is not configured properly

The landing page needs to change, for this i am open to suggestions. My first thoughts are
The logos section should be smaller with a the line underneath to explain what we do
The search search option needs to be larger
I need a call to action in the first fold.
I need to update the top banner with promotions etc maybe a picture with a promotion layered over the top.
Id like to add some kind of sign up to the website pop up and possibly a chat function.

I have competitors websites that I would like to look like, to an extent, and will be happy to provide those to anyone requesting them. This is part of a larger project of SEO and website download speed which will hopefully boost the business.
