Online Safety Website Needs to be Created

We need a new modern website being created. Key elements to allow you to accurately quote;

- 4 primary pages in total (with some secondary basic pages for privacy policy, disclaimer policy, etc required).
- Complete UI Designs and Wireframes have already been created in Figma (you will be given access)
- Built with a page builder, e.g. Elementor
- Only minor functionality required to keep costs down (email form submission that goes to Hubspot) and we need Intercom (webchat) setup on it. Hubspot and Intercoms accounts are created, you would just need to integrate them.
- Will provide all the copy content for the entire website, including privacy policy, disclaimer policy, consent banner, etc.
- Cookie consent banner (e.g. simple wordpress plugin) and SSL certificate if possible
- I will host through my existing AWS account and set myself up as a WP admin for hand-over (upon completion)
- Optimised for mobile and optimised for high speed (using Google PageInsights and gtmetrix.com)

We don't need SEO. The website will be tested for coding errors, mobile compatibility and speed before sign off.

Timescales: we’ll have the figma UI designs finished by Tuesday 19th January (next week) and would want to start the work immediately (or as quickly as possible) thereafter.
Budget: please quote competitively. There are only 4 main pages so hoping it should be relatively quick and easy for a Wordpress guru.
