One page website. 3 filters and and the results of the filter displayed down.

I need a single page website. One title and below. 3 simple filters called from an api already created.
Filter 1 -> Call api returns list of json put them in UL.
Filter 2 -> Call api returns list of json put them in UL.
Filter 3 -> call api returns list of json put them in UL.
Submit button.
Calls api with selected filters and using the response it creates a list of objects of user info that are listed below.

All Apis are already created. Just need the UI for them
