Node Forum Site on Heroku not working

I am in need of freelance help to get my forum that uses Nodebb and is deployed on Heroku working again. Recently, Heroku required an upgrade from heroku-18 to heroku-22, and when I made the upgrade, the site stopped working. I need someone who is experienced with Heroku to help me get the forum live again.
