Niche Dating Website

I need a dating website building. I need users to be able to upload their details and to search a database. I also need the maintenance side to be relatively straightforward but there will also be a maintenance aspect too which could provide some additional income on a regular basis if interested. The site will most likely operate in two languages, possibly a third. We can design and produce text for however. What we need is is programming and all the pieces working together. It also needs ecommerce functionality and statistical / business monitoring functionality. I understand a further conversation will need to be had and an element of flexibility built in around initial bids.
