This sounds like an interesting project but just want to clarify the budget, is it $25 fixed price as suggested or is it meant to be $25 hourly rate?

The reason for asking is that you have stated, correctly, 1-5 days max as a timeline which confirms that $25 fixed price may be an under estimation as a budget for a quality PPH freelancer.
