I need help migrating over to a new theme. My theme is no longer updated by the developer and it is being propped up by some code so that it doesn't die on the current PHP. The latest PHP update is due soon and my theme will go with it, so I need someone to help me move to a new theme that maintains the current layout as much as possible but looks a more sleek and appealing.

I own a beauty training company and do not want some irrelevant theme that looks out of place.
