New website for permanent makeup business

I need a designer who specialises in web design for clients who are in the beauty industry. The website will need to include a link to my paypal account so my clients can pay a deposit to secure their appointments with me. I don't need a booking or subscription option. My clients just need to be able to look up information on my website about what I offer and look at examples of my work. I'd like an email account linked to my website for clients to contact me.
