New website design, layout and construction

General information for the website: Corporate finance / mergers and acquisitions advisory practice based in London needing an informational website

Description of requirements/features: I need a website built for my early stage corporate finance / corporate advisory business. In addition to managing the nuts and bolts of getting the site laid out and up and running on squarespace, I'd really like some help in working out exactly what to say / how to present the content on the web.

I've written large amounts of copy, but can't quite get my head around the way websites work from a presentation / impact / usability perspective. So there'll be a bit of pulling out key themes and working out how and where to present them (images, slide shows, quotes, headlines, content etc).

In addition, whilst I have a logo already, I'd like advice on what images to use on the site - happy to sign up to one of the stock photo suppliers, and perhaps even commission a few pictures, but not sure there's much to take pics of just yet!

There need not be any complex functionality at this stage - the site will be purely informational, with no e.commerce or live updating content or anything clever/difficult like that (perhaps just the ability for me to easily add articles / content to a news page / blog)

Prefer somebody who's a native English speaker and UK-based, or at least more or less on GMT. Past experience with professional services (investment banking, accounting, law) might be helpful but beggars can't be choosers ;-)
CMS and Admin requirements: I already own my domain and it's linked and live to my squarespace account.
